Ok, so especially in Portobello Road where there are loads of spanish tourists, or covent garden wheres theres italians and spaniards :):)

I have italian family and live in the Uk. I find when my cousins are over they find the british girls too shy. and they hate the way they come across sleazy when they tell a woman how beautiful they are... its just our way. if we walk past someone we think is good lookin then we stop and say molto bello. etc.

just go up to them and start a convo.
p.s once you had an italian man you dont go back.. i know this well. ;O)
