I would like to move to the Covent Garden area if possible (yes, I know it is expensive). Ideally, I would like to spend no more that 250 per week. It doesnt' have to be that area, but something similar. Any ideas???? Thank you!

Try County Hall area, near Waterloo, its about 8 minutes walking across the bridge to Covent Garden. Its highly unlikely that you will get a flat in Covent Garden, as its a commercial area. But Waterloo, a stone throw from Covent Garden has a lot of one bedrooms flats with that kind of rent.
