Sorry, non-touristy and Covent Garden don't go together. Go a few blocks out and you might be able to find something but you might need to look for a wine bar and not a pub. Good luck

Why would you go there to get wine. You can buy wine anywhere. If you truly want to taste the atmosphere, try the local beer and food.
