I would like to know the route to walk from marble arch in London, to Covent garden, via oxford street?

There's more than one route, depending on when you turn right off Oxford St.

You could walk the entire length of Oxford St, turn right into Charing Cross Rd, left into St Giles High St, right into Shaftesbury Ave then immediately left into Neal St, which will take you past Covent Garden tube en route to Covent Garden itself.

Time: about 45 mins if you can avoid stopping along the way and depending how busy Oxford St is.

Well, at Marble Arch, walk along Oxford Street past Bond Street. When you get to the crossroad with Regent Street, go down south Regent Street (round the bendy bit) to Piccadilly Circus. From there, go up Coventry Street to Leicester Square, then through Cranbourn Street, cross the road, go up King Street and you're there! As long as you can get to Leicester Square, you'll be OK because you can ask people and there will be road signs.
