600 sq meter = 15k a year
Is that aceptable???

Yes it is if you can make a profit on the goods you sell. If you do not, it does not matter how cheap (or expensive)the rent is. It is up to you to decide if what you have for sale can be priced competitively enough to sell the number of items required to give you a reasonable profit.
