I haven't been there as I'm already very fit! But a friend of mine said it was more like a nightclub than a fitness club.
There are boxing rings, Boxing for women, Gladiator Games, African Dance. I think there's also a new stretching game involving a giant Twister mat!
Non-member fee is around £8 per class. So it's worth a try!
Does anyone go to Gymbox in Covent Garden - any good?
