Good place to eat that is not too expensive but not cheep in covent garden London??

Take a walk down Neal street to Belgo Central and have a nice Belgium meal with a great Belgium Beer. It used to be if you sat in the restaurant side you got a free shot of schnaps, but im not sure if they still do that. They also used to do great deals on 'beat the clock' If you eat at 5.30pm you would pay £5.30 for your meal.
